It means that every one of those thirty years are at your disposal in the form of RV livability, design, and engineering. We have learned what's important to an RVer and have endeavoured to create a line that will meet those needs, no matter your price range. One of the ways we insure that our customers get more value from their RVs than they would from our competitors is by selling factory order fifth wheels and travel trailers by appointment only rather than using stocking dealers as middlemen. This means we sell a smaller volume of RVs, but we are able to give each of our customers the attention they deserve at a price they can afford. We accomplish this by treating our customers as dealers and giving them lots of information including videos, print materials, and internet materials. And we follow up all this information with...nothing! That's right, no salesman will call you! We wait for our customers to tell us when they want to have their questions answered in person or on the phone, and then we oblige them whole-heartedly. Additionally, we operate on a cost-plus basis. That is, we figure out our cost and then calculate the lowest price we can give to all of our customers. No haggling or dickering or confusing price games. You'll know what your true cost will be right up front. We've been doing business this way for almost thirty years, so this is nothing new to us, although a no pressure, haggle free shopping experience may seem new to you.
